Terms of Service — First Page Leads

1. Agreement

By engaging First Page Leads for website design, build, or management services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern our working relationship and the delivery of services.

2. Services

First Page Leads provides website design, build, and ongoing management services as agreed in writing at the start of each engagement. The scope of services will be clearly outlined in your proposal or service agreement.

3. Payment

Website build projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remainder due on completion. Monthly management plans are invoiced in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

4. Revisions

Website build projects include two rounds of revisions as standard. Additional revision rounds may incur additional charges, which we will discuss with you in advance. Managed clients can submit update requests as outlined in their service agreement.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and information required for your project. Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines. You confirm that any content you provide does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the completed website design is yours. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party tools, plugins, or stock imagery used will be licensed appropriately.

7. Cancellation

For monthly management plans, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Deposits on build projects are non-refundable once design work has commenced. We will always discuss any concerns before cancellation reaches this stage.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of your website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
